Our office is located at Shop No. 1 and 2 on the ground floor of S.S. Beniwal Tower, right near Hassanpur Chowk in Hodal. It is a very busy spot, and there is always something going on outside our windows. Being on the ground floor is great because people can just step inside without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We have a couple of counters where we handle all the transactions. It is a very open space, so everyone can see what is going on. We handle a lot of small deposits and withdrawals every day. The noise from the traffic at the chowk can be quite loud sometimes, especially the horns, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We have a small back room where we keep the safe and the more important records. Most of our regulars are local businessmen and people who live in the nearby streets. They like that we are easy to reach and that we don't make them wait too long. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and do our best to keep the books accurate. It is hard work sometimes, especially when the lines get long, but we enjoy the interaction with the community. We are just a local Nidhi company trying to be a reliable part of life here in Hodal.
