We are located in Village Dudhola over in Tehsil Palwal. Prithla Farmers Producer Company Limited is set up at Chanderpal’s place. It’s not hard to find if you know the area. We focus on the needs of the farmers around here. Palwal is a busy spot for agriculture, and being in Dudhola keeps us close to the actual work. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We spend our time looking at what's coming out of the ground. Chanderpal keeps the office side of things running, which isn't always easy with all the paperwork the government wants. We help gather the produce and find the right places to sell it. Some days are slow, and we just sit and plan for the next season. Other days, like when the harvest is in, it's non-stop from sunrise to late at night. We have some basic storage and a lot of hands helping out. It’s a community effort, really. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on word of mouth between the neighbors. If someone has a problem with their crop or needs supplies, they come by. We try to be helpful. That’s just the way things go in a small village like ours. Every season is different and we just have to adapt to whatever the sky gives us. It is simple living and simple working, really, nothing more than that for us.
