We’ve been operating out of Village Dayalpur for a while now. Most people around Faridabad know where we are, right near the 121004 pin code area. It’s a quiet spot, but we stay busy with different land and building projects. Pawan Landbuild Private Limited isn't some big city office with glass walls. We work from here because this is where the actual ground is. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s just us sitting around planning the next phase of a site. Dealing with land in this part of Haryana takes patience. You have to know the soil and the local rules. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the physical side of things ourselves. It’s hard work, mostly outdoors, and we usually go home covered in dust. That’s just how it is when you’re building stuff from scratch. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anyone to write pretty things for us. It’s just a small group of us trying to get the job done right. If you walk by the office in Dayalpur, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking over maps. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. More houses are going up and the roads are getting busier. We just keep our heads down and focus on what’s in front of us. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do.
