Ibid Hospitality Private Limited is our small business based out of Bulandshahr. You can find us in Palwal Colony, which is right near the Samrat Palace in Sikandrabad. Most folks use the palace as a landmark because everyone knows where it is. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us working out of this office. The neighborhood is usually busy, especially on weekends when there are events at the palace. We handle a lot of different hospitality tasks for people in the area. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. We don’t have fancy software or high-tech systems. We just use what we have and make sure the work gets done. My brother handles some of the paperwork and I do the rest. The building we are in is an older one, but it stays cool in the summer. We’ve had this place for a few years now. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we sweep it out every morning. We don't have a big advertising budget. Most of our customers come from word of mouth or they just walk in because they saw our name. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent service to our neighbors in Sikandrabad.
