Digamber Marbles

We are set up in Shyam Nagar, right on Maal Godown Road. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Laxmi Narayan Mandir. The temple is a good landmark because everyone knows it. Our shop, Digamber Marbles, has been in this spot for a good while. The road gets a lot of traffic because of the godown, so there is always something happening outside. We have a variety of stones stacked up. It’s not a shiny showroom with bright lights. It’s just a place where stone is kept and sold. We spend our days measuring slabs and talking to customers about their renovations. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, but we try to keep the marble clean so people can see the patterns. We don't have a philosophy or a grand vision. We just sell marble because that’s what we know how to do. My family helps out, and we have a couple of guys for the heavy lifting. We talk to people in the local language and keep things easy. No fancy contracts or long meetings. You pick what you want, we tell you the cost, and we arrange the transport. It’s a practical way to run a business. We are just part of the neighborhood here near the temple. We don't plan on moving anywhere else.
