Yashaswi Hotels and Resorts is located at 7-295 in Amaravathi. We are right in the Palnadu area. Guntur has always been our home, so we decided to set up here. Amaravathi is a place with a lot of history, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. The building is a standard size, nothing too massive. We handle the daily operations ourselves. Usually, that means making sure the linens are clean and the floors are swept. We aren't part of any big chain. It’s just us. The weather here can be quite dry, so we spend a lot of time watering the plants outside. We want the place to look decent when people show up. People come here for different reasons, sometimes for work or just passing through. We don't promise anything crazy. It’s just a place to stay. My brother and I usually take turns at the front. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting sometimes. But we like meeting the people who come by. They have interesting stories from their travels. We keep our records in big books and try to stay organized. It’s a simple business model. We provide a room, and people pay for it. That’s about as complicated as it gets. We’ve been here at 522020 for a bit and plan to stay. We just take it one day at a time here and keep the building maintained.
