Our Own Travel Tourism

We are located in the Krishna Leela Building on Warriam Road. This part of Pallimukku is always busy, especially with people heading towards the main market area. Our Own Travel Tourism has been here for a while, and the office looks like it. We have posters of places taped to the walls, some of which are starting to peel at the edges. There are piles of travel brochures on the main desk, mostly for people to look at while they wait. The chairs are mismatched because we just picked them up over time. It gets quite humid here, so the ceiling fan is always on its highest setting, making a clicking noise. We spend our days looking at flight prices and trying to piece together itineraries that make sense. People walk in off Warriam Road all the time just to ask about train timings or bus routes. We don't have a high-tech booking system with fancy screens for the customers. It’s mostly us typing away on old computers and talking on the phone to agents. The building itself has that old Kochi charm, though the plumbing can be a bit temperamental. We know most of the people who work in the nearby shops, and we often share a snack in the afternoon. It is a simple business. We help people get from one place to another without making it too complicated. It’s mostly just a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day.
