Shanthi Knitss

Shanthi Knitss is based over in Bharathi Puram. We are at No. 15-d/186, which is right near Rani Hospital here in Palladam. Most folks in the area use the hospital to guide people to our street. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, though it gets a bit busier during the day when people are out. We have been working out of this location for a good while. It’s where we do all our knitting work and handle our orders. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for our machines and the small crew we have working here. We aren't some giant factory with hundreds of people and managers. It’s just a local operation where we keep an eye on everything ourselves. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the yarn and fabric bits around, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way, which is how we like it. Palladam is a good place for a business like ours because there are other people doing similar things nearby. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we get it done on time. If you ever find yourself near Rani Hospital, you aren't far from our door. We’re usually there from early morning until the evening, just keeping the machines running and doing our part.
