If you are looking for Yuvagramin Vikas Foundation, you have to head over to Pali. We are situated at Md Mangnu’s place in the Tola Pali section of the village. It is right in the Ghanshyampur Block area. Our setup is pretty humble because we are just starting from where we are. We don't have a big building or anything fancy. Instead, we work out of this house in Panch Pali. Most of the people involved are local guys who know every corner of this village. We spend a lot of time walking around and seeing how the crops are doing or talking to the younger people about their plans for the future. Life in Ghanshyampur can be tough sometimes, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, so we try to stick together. The foundation is really just a way for us to be more organized about helping our own people. We handle things as they come. There is no big boss here, just Md Mangnu and the rest of us trying to make things a little easier for the families in Pali. You might see us sitting outside in the evenings talking through the next day's tasks or just sharing some news. It’s a very local thing. We are not trying to be some huge organization with branches everywhere. We just want to see the village do well. That’s our daily life here in Tola Pali. We just keep moving.
