Because we are on College Road, there are always students walking past and a lot of activity throughout the day. Our building is one of the older ones on the block. It has some character, with its old wooden doors and thick walls. We have a lot of papers and ledgers stacked up inside because we’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s not a modern, shiny office by any means. We have some old chairs that have been repaired a few times and a big wooden desk where we sit. We don't do any big marketing or have a fancy website. Most people come to us because they know the family or they’ve heard about us from someone else. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We know most of our customers by name. Sometimes we just sit and talk about the old days in Falna. The pace of life here is good. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a traditional business on a busy road.
