Umar Scren Arts

We've been at Old Bus Stand Nadi Mohalla 66 for a while now. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Umar Scren Arts is just what we do every day. People come in from around the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with the ink and all the screens lying around. We don't have a big fancy office or anything. It’s just the shop. Most days we are just working through orders. If you know the old bus stand area, you know how it is. Traffic is always there. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. It's not always perfect but we try to do it right. The mohalla has changed a lot over the years. We remember when there were fewer shops here. Now it's crowded. But being at number 66 makes it easy for regulars to find us. We don't really do much advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people in. My hands are usually stained with some kind of color by the end of the day. That's just part of the job I guess. We have some old machines and some newer ones too. It depends on what needs doing. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure things move along. It's a living. We appreciate the folks who stop by. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is done.
