Surana Hospital

Surana Hospital is located over at B-18 in V. D. Nagar. It is a simple building that has been part of this neighborhood for a while. We aren’t one of those massive city hospitals that look like glass towers; it’s more of a local place where people come when they aren't feeling well. The rooms are basic but they serve their purpose for the folks who need to stay over for a day or two. Every morning starts with a lot of cleaning and checking the inventory to see what supplies we are running low on. Patients from V. D. Nagar come in with all sorts of issues, from seasonal fevers to things that need a bit more attention. We have a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s helping at the front or checking someone's vitals. The street outside B-18 is usually quiet, which is nice for the people resting inside. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word usually spreads through the neighbors when someone has a good experience or gets the help they need. We spend our days looking at charts, talking to families, and trying to keep everything organized in the office. It gets a bit chaotic when several people arrive at once, but we just take it one person at a time. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
