Sirvi Hardware & Sanitary

If you are looking for us, we are right in Sumerpur, opposite the society in Koselao. It’s a good spot in Pali-Rajasthan. Running a hardware and sanitary place means you always have dusty hands. There are pipes, taps, and heavy boxes of tiles everywhere you look. We spend most of our morning just moving things around so people can actually walk through the shop. It isn't a showroom like the ones you see in big cities. It is a working store. We have stuff piled up because that's the only way to fit it all in. Most of our neighbors are local folks from the society across the road. They come in asking for a specific bolt or a washer, and we usually have to dig through a few bins to find the right one. It gets pretty hot here in Rajasthan, so we keep the fan running all day, even if it just moves the hot air around. We don't use a lot of fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is just written down in our ledgers. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We know the people who stop by and they know us. We just try to keep enough stock so that when someone has a leak or needs to fix a bathroom, we have what they need ready to go. It’s a basic life, but we like being part of the community here in Sumerpur.
