We've been here in Zarda Bazar for quite a while now. Most people around here know us for the snacks we make every day. It's just a small place, nothing fancy. We start early in the morning getting everything ready because the afternoon rush gets a bit busy. Some days we run out of things faster than we expected, but that's just how it goes. If you walk down Zarda Bazar, you’ll find us easily. We don't really do much advertising or anything, mostly just people stopping by while they're doing their shopping. The smells from the fryer usually tell you where we are before you even see the sign. It gets crowded in the evenings when everyone wants something salty to take home for tea. We try to keep things fresh. Sometimes the bags aren't perfectly sealed or the labels are a bit crooked because we do it all by hand, but the food inside is what people come for. It’s just me and a couple of others working here. We know most of our regulars by name. It’s a simple business, nothing more than that. We just focus on making the namkeen and keeping the shop open for whoever needs a snack. Nothing too complicated about it. Just a local spot in the market where you can get some sev or mathri to go with your evening chai.
