Shree Aaiji Dairy

Shree Aaiji Dairy is located right in the middle of B R S Market here in Sojat City. It’s a place that wakes up very early, usually before the rest of the town is even moving. You can hear the metal cans clinking against each other as they get unloaded. The floor is almost always a bit wet because we’re constantly cleaning things down. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone wants their supplies for tea or cooking. We have a few big refrigerators that hum all day long. The market itself is quite crowded, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We don't have a big team of people, just a few of us who know the routine by heart now. The counter is made of heavy wood and has been here since the start. It's seen better days, but it holds up. We don't really do any fancy marketing or have a logo on everything. People just know us because we've been in B R S Market for so long. Sometimes we run out of things faster than expected and have to tell people to come back later. It's just a normal dairy shop where we focus on the daily tasks. It’s hard work, especially with the heavy lifting, but it’s what we do every single day without fail. Even when it rains, the market stays busy and we keep the doors open for everyone.
