We are located at number 7 in Fetehpuriya Market. It’s a busy trading area, and Satyanarayan & Company has been right in the thick of it for years. The market is always full of noise and the smell of various goods being moved around. Our space is functional. We have desks, a lot of ledger books, and usually a few tea cups sitting around from visitors. It’s not the kind of place that’s designed for looks. It’s designed for getting business done. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and customers throughout the day. Things can get a bit chaotic during the peak hours, and the phone doesn't stop ringing. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we're more important than we are. We’re just local traders who understand how the market works. Sometimes the shipments are late or the prices change unexpectedly, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we’ve built good relationships over at Fetehpuriya Market. We like being here. It’s where the action is. Most of our customers have been coming to us for a long time, and they know what to expect when they walk through the door.
