Rajdhani Ice Cream Parlor

We run Rajdhani Ice Cream Parlor over at the Old Bus Stand, shops 15 and 16. We have two units combined to give us a bit more room for the freezers. It’s a busy area, especially when the weather is hot and everyone wants something cold. The freezers hum all day long, which is a sound we've grown to ignore. We spend a lot of time checking the temperatures and making sure the lids are closed tight. The floor is tile, which makes it easier to clean when things inevitably melt or spill. We have a few small stools for people to sit on, but most people just take their stuff and keep walking toward the buses. It’s not a fancy lounge or anything. The paint is peeling a little near the corners, but we try to keep the place tidy. We get a lot of families in the evenings when it cools down a bit. We don't have a big corporate team making decisions. It's just us deciding what to stock based on what people ask for. Sometimes the delivery truck is late, and we have to wait around for hours. That's just part of the job. We don't use any complicated systems. We just write things down in a ledger and hope the power doesn't stay out for too long. It’s a straightforward business, and we're just here every day trying to keep things going.
