You can find our office at 26-B in Ghosi Colony, which is right behind Kaluji Ki Bagechi in Pali. It is a modest place where we keep our files and meet with the people we are building for. We handle various development projects, mostly focusing on residential plots and small buildings around the Pali area. We don't have a big corporate team or a polished reception desk. It is usually just one or two of us here, and the rest of the time we are out in the field. The work involves a lot of checking on site progress and making sure the materials are being used the right way. We have been doing this for several years, so we have a good sense of how things work in this town. We don't like to use a lot of fancy marketing talk because we think the buildings should speak for themselves. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat which can be really intense here, making the work slow down in the afternoons. We try to be honest about how long things will take and what the costs are going to be. It is not always easy, and there are often small problems to solve with the local authorities or suppliers. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. It is a decent living and we like being a part of the local community.
