Pragati Shikshan Sansthan Sec School

This school is located in Pali City, right in the heart of the Pali district in Rajasthan. We are on one of those streets where everyone seems to know each other. The building is a secondary school, so it’s got that specific smell of paper and old furniture. It’s not a modern glass building like you see in the bigger cities. We have a courtyard where the students gather, and it gets pretty bright under the sun. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine of classes and paperwork. The gates open early in the morning, and the dust from the street starts coming in almost immediately. We have some trees nearby that give a little shade, but not much. The classrooms are simple, with basic benches and fans that hum all day long. We don’t spend much money on decorations or fancy signs. Most of the people around here just call us by the shorter name of the school anyway. It’s a practical place. We deal with the usual problems like power cuts or the water cooler needing a fix. There is no corporate office telling us what to do; it’s just the local staff managing things. We focus on the kids who come from the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s a quiet life in Pali, and the school is just a small part of that daily rhythm for the families here. We just do our best to stay open and ready.
