Pawan Brothers

We run Pawan Brothers from our location on Water Works Road in Sojat City. It is a family business that has been around for quite a while, mostly dealing in wholesale trading and general supplies for the local shops. The building we are in is getting a bit old, and you can see some cracks in the walls, but it serves our purpose well enough. Most of our day is spent on the telephone or writing out orders in our big paper ledgers. We don't use many computers here, as we prefer the old way of doing things with a pen and a notebook. There are always stacks of sacks and boxes waiting near the door to be loaded onto trucks. My brother and I handle most of the work ourselves, so we have a way of doing things that might look messy to an outsider but it works for us. The dust from the road outside always seems to find its way in, so we are constantly dusting off the counter and the chairs. People from all over Sojat City come by to place orders or just to catch up on the local news. We don't have a showroom or any fancy decorations. We just wear our everyday clothes and get on with the job of moving goods. Some days are very quiet and we sit out front and watch the traffic go by. Other days are so busy that we don't even have a moment to sit down for a meal.
