Padmawati Tyres

We are located on Mandia Road right near the Minaxi Petrol Pump. You can’t really miss us if you are driving by that way. The smell of rubber is pretty strong around here because we have tires stacked up everywhere. It is a dusty kind of job and our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We spend the day helping people get their wheels sorted out or picking out new tires for their trucks and cars. It gets really hot during the middle of the day especially with the sun hitting the pavement outside. We have a small area where people can sit while they wait but most people just stand around and chat. The noise from the petrol pump and the traffic on Mandia Road is constant. We have been here for a long time and have seen the road change quite a bit. There are always tools lying around on the floor and we try to keep things in order but it is hard when you are busy. We just focus on the work at hand and try to get people back on the road as fast as possible. It is a simple business and we don’t try to make it anything more than it is. We usually close up once it gets dark and the traffic starts to thin out. It is hard work but we are used to it.
