Oswal Industries

Oswal Industries is located at 322 Indra Colony. This is more of a residential and small-business mix of an area, so it feels a lot different than a big industrial park. Our building is tucked in among the others. We’ve been here for a long time, and the neighbors are all used to the sounds coming from our place. It’s a fairly small operation. We have a few rooms dedicated to our production and a small corner that serves as an office. We don’t have a sign that lights up or anything like that. People just know the number 322. The street can be narrow, so when we have supplies delivered, it can be a bit of a struggle to get the vehicle parked right. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a couple of workers who have been with us for years. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate environment. We might be sitting on stools instead of fancy office chairs. Most of our day is spent making sure the quality of whatever we are making is good enough to go out the door. We don't have a mission statement or anything. We just want to do the work right so we can keep the doors open for another year. It’s a quiet life in Indra Colony, and we like it that way.
