Mahaveer Minerals

Out here on Merta Road, things stay pretty dusty most of the time. We are Mahaveer Minerals, located right near the HP Petrol Pump in Jaitaran. If you are driving by, you will probably see the trucks lined up or the piles of material sitting out. It is a rugged kind of work. We spend our days dealing with different types of minerals that come in from the nearby areas. The sun gets really hot in this part of Jaitaran, so we keep a lot of water around. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a place to sit and do the paperwork between loading and unloading. We have been at this spot for a good number of years now. You get used to the sound of the petrol pump traffic and the heavy engines running. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean, but we don't mind the grit. Every day is about checking the loads and making sure the weights are right. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend half a day fixing a belt or a motor. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with stone and earth. We know most of the drivers who come through here. The road can be quiet at night, but during the day it is a constant hum of activity. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
