Madhav Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. is based inside Jodhpuria. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here long enough that people just know where we are. We handle consumer care products, which means we deal with things people use every day in their homes. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We have a lot of shelves and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don't spend money on new furniture because we’d rather keep the business running smoothly. The staff is mostly local people from the neighborhood. We talk about our families and the weather while we pack up the soaps or whatever else we are moving that day. Jodhpuria is a place with its own character, and we fit right in. We aren't trying to be a global brand or anything. We just want to provide decent products to the local market and keep our staff employed. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, chatting in the dark. It’s a very human way to run a company. We don't have a polished website or a big marketing plan. We just have our products and our location inside Jodhpuria, and for us, that’s plenty. We take things one day at a time here. It's just a small group of us making sure things get done without too much fuss.
