M I Medical is situated right by the New Bus Stand in Mastan Baba. It’s a busy spot because there are always people coming and going from the buses. We stay open late because you never know when someone is going to need something for a headache or a fever after a long journey. The shelves are packed with different medicines, bandages, and basic health supplies. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the counter at once. I try to keep everything organized by alphabet or type, but during the rush, things can get a bit messy. I’ve gotten used to the sound of the bus horns and the drivers shouting out the destinations. We see a lot of travelers, but we also have our regular local customers who live in the neighborhood. They come in for their monthly prescriptions and we usually have a quick chat about how they’re doing. It’s a responsible job, and you have to pay attention to what people are asking for. I usually eat my lunch in the back room while keeping an eye on the front door. We don't have any fancy displays, just glass cases with the essentials. It's just a regular pharmacy trying to be there when people need a bit of help with their health. Most days are long, but we like being here near the bus stand where everyone passes by.
