Larsen & Toubro Limited, Ecc Division

Our setup here in Marwar Junction is a bit different than the big city offices. We are located at Mali Mohalla, specifically in the care of Sh. Om Prakash Sharma. Being out here in the Pali district of Rajasthan means things move at their own pace. It’s a dusty part of the world, especially when the wind picks up, but we’ve made a home for the ECC Division right here. The address 306001 is where we handle the local side of things. It’s a small place, very local, and everyone kind of knows where everyone else is. We aren't tucked away in some industrial park. We’re right in the thick of the neighborhood. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our logs and project details. It’s practical and a bit cramped sometimes, but it’s where the planning for the bigger jobs happens. You might see a few of us sitting outside if it’s too hot inside. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology here, just the basics that we need to keep the gears turning. There’s a lot of pride in just being part of the community here. We don't try to look like anything we aren't. It’s just us, some tables, chairs, and a lot of documents. If you’re coming through Marwar Junction, you’ll see it’s a straightforward, hardworking kind of environment without any extra polish or corporate talk. We just focus on the task.
