Kamal Udyog Engineering Division

So, we’re located in Rani. This is Kamal Udyog Engineering Division. It's a bit of a long name for a small operation, but that’s what’s on the paperwork. Mostly it’s just us here working on stuff in the shop. It’s dusty work and the machines make a lot of noise throughout the day. It’s been like that since we first started here. There isn't much to see if you come by, just the usual workshop tools and materials lying around. Rani isn't a huge place so everyone kind of knows where everyone else is located. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or having meetings. We just get to the shop early and start on the tasks. Some days the heat is a lot to deal with, but you get used to it after a few years. We have been in this spot for some time now. It’s just how it is. Nothing complicated about it. We don't really do the whole internet thing or social media. Just the physical work. You walk in, you talk to us, and that’s that. If the machines are running, it might be hard to hear anything, so you might have to shout a bit to get our attention. That’s just life in an engineering shop in Rani. It’s honest work and we keep ourselves busy. Some days are longer than others, but we don't complain much.
