P. B Jewellers is located in Jangiwara, inside building number 33 in the Ghanchon Ka Bas area. This part of town has a lot of history and the streets can be quite narrow and winding. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find big glass-fronted showrooms. Our shop is much more traditional. We have been working from this building for a long time. It’s a family-run operation. We work mostly with gold and silver, and there is a lot of handcrafting that happens right here. You can often hear the sound of small tools clicking or hammers tapping as we work on the metal. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. Usually, we just sit on the floor or on low stools while we show our pieces to customers. The lighting is simple, and we rely a lot on the natural light coming through the entrance. People in the neighborhood know us well, so we don't really need to advertise. It’s a quiet, focused atmosphere inside the shop, even if the streets outside are a bit busy with people and scooters. We just focus on the pieces we are making and try to do a decent job with the designs. It’s a very old-school way of doing things, but it’s what we know. We keep our records in old ledgers and deal with people face-to-face.
