Jai Shree Misthan Bhandar

Jai Shree Misthan Bhandar is located on Subhash Marg, right along Sojat Road. We are a small, local shop and we mostly focus on sweets and some salty snacks that people like to have with their tea. Our day starts early with the smell of frying and the sound of the large pans being moved around. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to get the work done. The shop is filled with various trays of sweets, and we try to keep things as fresh as possible. People from the nearby houses come by in the evening to get something for their families. It’s a very local feel here. We aren't looking to expand or become a big chain. We just like being the place where neighbors can stop for a minute and chat while they wait for their order to be packed. The street outside can get a bit dusty, so we keep the front of the shop swept and the glass doors shut when it’s windy. We use simple paper bags and cardboard boxes for everything. There is nothing fancy about how we run things, but we take our work seriously. Subhash Marg has a lot of little shops, but we’ve managed to find our own place here. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the sweets are ready every day.
