Hanuman Plywood & Hardware

If you are walking or driving down Subhash Marg on Sojat Road, you will see Hanuman Plywood & Hardware. We have a lot of stuff piled up outside most days. There are stacks of wood and metal frames everywhere. It is a bit of a crowded shop, but we know where every single screw and bolt is kept. The air usually smells like fresh cut wood and sometimes a bit like oil. We aren't a big showroom with air conditioning and fancy lights. We have a few ceiling fans that work pretty well. Our counter is made of the same plywood we sell, so it's sturdy. Customers come in with lists of things they need for their houses. We spend a lot of time measuring things and cutting them to size. It gets quite noisy when the saw is running. Subhash Marg is a busy road, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. We have a small back room where we keep the more expensive tools and some coffee supplies. We don't have a big website or a social media page. Most people just know us from word of mouth or they see the sign when they pass by. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy boards and moving boxes around. We have some scratches on the floor and the walls, but that’s just how a hardware store looks when it is being used every day.
