Guru Kripa Trading

If you go to Ranakpur Bheru Chowk in Sadri, you will find Guru Kripa Trading. We deal in a lot of different things depending on what the local farmers and builders need at the time. One day it might be sacks of cement, and the next day it could be hardware supplies or seeds. The shop has been here for a good while, and the walls are a bit dusty from all the movement. I usually sit out front on a wooden chair and greet the people passing by. My son helps with the heavy lifting because my back isn't what it used to be. We have a small yard in the back where we keep the bulkier items covered with tarps. Rain is always a worry, so we are quick to move things inside if the clouds look dark. It is a simple business based on who needs what today. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know our name and come by when they are finishing a project at home. Sometimes we run out of stock and have to wait for the truck to arrive from the main town, which can take a few days. We keep our accounts in a thick ledger book that stays in the drawer. It is a steady way to live, being part of the community here in Sadri. We don't complicate things much.
