Garib Nawaz Bartan Bhandar

Garib Nawaz Bartan Bhandar is on Ranakpur Desuri Road in Sadri. We have a lot of utensils here, mostly made of stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. The shop is filled with stacks of plates, glasses, and big cooking pots. When the sun hits the shop, everything inside shines quite a bit. We spend a lot of time dusting the items because the road outside is busy and kicks up a lot of dirt. People come to us when they are getting married or need to set up a new kitchen. We have those huge vessels used for cooking at big community feasts too. It can be a bit loud when we are moving the stock around. We don't have a lot of space to walk inside because we try to keep so many things in stock. We sit on a rug on the floor or a small bench near the entrance. The Desuri Road is always full of traffic, so we see a lot of people passing by. We have been selling these items for a long time and know which brand of pressure cooker or tawa lasts the longest. It is a simple shop and we just try to keep enough variety so that anyone who walks in can find the right size of bowl or spoon they are looking for. We hope to stay on this road for many more years to come.
