Ganesh Stationery

Ganesh Stationery is a small shop located in Ward No.2 along Agewa Road in Jaitaran. We are right near the Government Girls School, so as you can imagine, we get a lot of students coming in throughout the day. In the mornings and right after school lets out, the shop is usually full of kids looking for specific notebooks or those colored pens they need for their homework. It can get a bit loud with all the chatter, but it’s nice to see them. We try to keep all the basic school supplies in stock—things like geometry boxes, charts, and different types of paper. My brother and I run the place. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town; we just want to make sure the local kids have what they need for their classes. The shelves are packed pretty tight because the shop isn't very large. Sometimes we have to climb a ladder to find something that got pushed to the top. We also do a bit of photocopying and binding for the teachers and students. It’s a busy life on Agewa Road. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they are passing by or they live in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for several years and know most of the families around Ward No.2. It’s a simple life selling pencils and paper to the next generation.
