Dinesh Sweet & Cold Drink

We’re located near the Mill Gate, which is always a busy part of town. Dinesh Sweet & Cold Drink is where we spend most of our lives. We have sweets in the display and a fridge full of cold drinks. It’s a good combination when the sun is out and it’s hot outside. The workers from the mill often stop by during their breaks. We know most of them by name now. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or anything, just a few fans and some benches. We make our sweets in small batches so they don’t sit around for too long. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff by afternoon. We don’t have a big corporate office or a manager, just us running the show. The fridge hums all day and the street noise is constant. We try to keep the place organized, but it can get chaotic when the shift changes at the mill. We use simple ingredients and don't add any of that strange stuff you see in big city shops. It’s just honest food and cold soda. We’ve been at Mill Gate for years and we don’t plan on going anywhere. It’s a simple life and we’re happy with it. Come by if you’re passing through, we’ll be behind the counter. We mostly focus on keeping the bottles cold and the sweets fresh for the guys. Sometimes the traffic gets blocked right out front.
