We've been here on Keshariya Mandir Road for a while now. It’s a busy part of Nehru Colony in Falna, and we mostly spend our days on the factory floor making sure things run right. Burder Industries India Pvt Ltd isn't some big fancy corporation with glass walls. We are just a group of people who know machines and how to get work done. Some days it gets pretty loud with all the equipment going, but that is just how it is. We started out small and just kept at it, year after year. The road outside can get a bit crowded, especially near the temple, but we like being part of the local scene here. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track, especially when a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just us answering the phones and writing down orders by hand. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see stacks of papers and someone drinking tea while they work on a spreadsheet. We just try to do honest work and stay busy. It’s a simple setup we have here in Falna, nothing too complicated. We’ve known the neighbors for years and most of the staff have been with us for a long time too. It's just a regular workplace where people show up and do their bit every day without much fuss.
