Bann Pharmaceuticals And Surgicals Private Limited is located over in Ridhi Sidhi Colony. If you know where Rathore Dharmshala is in Pachpahar, we are right near there. We share the space C/O Shyam Sunder. It is a busy little area, especially during the festival season when the dharmshala gets crowded with people from out of town. We handle both medicines and surgical items here. It’s a lot to keep track of, honestly. Some days are just filled with checking boxes and making sure the inventory matches what the records say. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this colony. Pachpahar is a decent place to work from, even if the roads get a bit dusty sometimes. We spend a lot of time talking to local clinics and doctors about what they need for their patients. Surgical tools have to be handled very carefully, so we spend a good chunk of our afternoon just checking the packaging for any issues. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s important for the local community. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the neighbors know us. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break when things quiet down in the late afternoon. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating our processes. If a customer calls, we just answer and try to help them out with whatever stock we have on hand. No scripts or fancy phone systems here, just us answering the phone when it rings and writing things down.
