Avar Dairy Private Limited is located out on Jodhpur Road in the Ahore Tehsil. We are in the Jalore district of Rajasthan. Our setup is care of Teja Ram, Jangid Brahman. Being a dairy company in a rural area like Ahore means we are very close to the source of everything. Jodhpur Road is the main way in and out, so we see a lot of trucks and milk tankers passing by. It’s a hardworking environment, but it feels right for what we do. We aren't a big corporate dairy with thousands of employees. It’s more of a local operation where we know the people we work with. Teja Ram’s place is where we base our operations. Daily life here starts very early in the morning because cows and buffaloes don't wait for anyone. We handle the collection and processing side of things. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure everything is handled right. Ahore-Jalore is a quiet part of the state, away from the big city lights of Jaipur or Jodhpur. We just focus on our daily routine and getting the milk where it needs to go. It’s practical work that depends a lot on the weather and the local farmers. We don’t have fancy ads, just our name on the place on Jodhpur Road, and we keep at it every single day.
