You can find us in Subhas Nagar, right near the New Shiv Petrol Pump on Jodhpur Road. Being in the Housing Board area means we are surrounded by people going about their daily lives, which we like. We’ve been working on homes for quite a while now. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and making sure materials actually show up on time on the Jodhpur Road. Sometimes the traffic makes deliveries late, which can be frustrating, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We are a pretty straightforward team. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. Most of our work comes from people just seeing what we’re doing in the neighborhood. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet with people to discuss their plans. We talk about walls, roofs, and plumbing all day long. It’s practical work that requires us to be out in the sun quite a bit. We’ve seen Subhas Nagar develop over the years and it’s nice to know we had a hand in some of that growth. We don’t try to act like we know everything, but we do know how to get a house built properly. It’s about sticking to the plan and fixing things when they inevitably go wrong. That’s just the way it is in the building trade. We are just regular people working hard and trying to do a decent job for our neighbors.
