We’ve been based out of the second floor of Builtech Arcade for a while now. It’s right on South Fort Road here in Palghat, so we’re easy to find if you’re around that part of Kerala. Most mornings start with the sound of traffic coming up from the street while we get things sorted at our desks. There isn't much flair to our office, just a practical space where we handle all the work for Structures India. People usually just drop by or give us a call when they need something looked at. We spend a lot of time looking over plans and making sure the numbers add up right. Sometimes it gets a bit humid in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is here. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We don't really do big fancy meetings, mostly just sitting down with folks and figuring out what needs to be done. The stairs up to the second floor keep us moving. We’ve been at this for some time, just helping people with their projects and making sure things get built properly. It’s straightforward work. No one here is really into big corporate speeches. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families in the evening. It’s a decent life here in Palghat.
