Umrao Hospital

Umrao Hospital is located inside Asmita House, which is part of the Asmita Township in Mira Road East. Being in a township means we are right in the middle of where people live. You can find us easily if you are already in the Mira Road area. It is a big community here and the hospital is just one part of the daily life for the residents. We aren't a massive complex, but we have enough space in Asmita House to handle the local needs. Mira Road East has grown a lot lately, and there are always new buildings going up, but Asmita Township is a bit of an established spot. The hospital feels like a local shop in some ways because we know many of the people who come in. They are our neighbors. We handle all kinds of medical things, from emergencies to routine visits. The atmosphere is pretty straightforward. It is a bit loud outside with the kids playing and people going to work, but that is just Mira Road. We don't have a corporate feel at all. It is more about being a practical place for medical help when someone gets sick or hurt. We just keep our doors open and wait for whoever needs us. It is a solid, local hospital that has been part of the township for a while now. Things get busy, but we just take one patient at a time.
