If you head over to Virar West, you’ll find us in the Unique Rashmi building. We are in Office No. 304 on Agashi Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially during the morning commute when everyone is heading toward the station. The building itself is pretty standard for the area, with a lot of different small businesses all packed in together. Our office isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit enough chairs and tables for everyone to have a spot. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a little yellowed, but we don't mind. We spend most of the day answering calls or filling out forms. It’s the kind of place where you always know what the weather is like because the windows don’t seal perfectly. In the summer, it gets quite warm, and in the monsoon, you can hear the rain drumming against the glass really loudly. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been around for a while. Usually, there’s a stack of newspapers on the small table near the door and a few umbrellas leaning in the corner. It feels like a local office should—uncomplicated and functional. We don't try to impress anyone who walks in. We just offer them a seat and see what they need. Agashi Road is always full of life, and being right in the middle of it keeps us feeling connected to what's happening outside every single day.
