We’ve been at 129 in the Vora Industrial Estate No.4 for a while now. Most folks in Navgharvasai East know where we are, right near the other units in the estate. It’s a busy spot. Our day usually starts pretty early because there’s always something to handle with the equipment. Thermo-Tech Services isn't a fancy place with leather chairs. It’s more about the smell of metal and the sound of machines running. Sometimes the fans don't keep it cool enough, especially in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time checking parts and making sure everything is working like it should before things go out. If you walk into our unit, you’ll probably see a couple of us hunched over a workbench or talking about a specific part that’s giving us trouble. We don't have a big front desk or anything. You just come in and talk to whoever is free. Navgharvasai has changed over the years, more traffic and more shops opening up nearby, but we’ve stayed here in this corner of the estate. It gets a bit crowded when the delivery trucks come in at the same time, but we manage. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping up with the daily list of jobs. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we lock up in the evening. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we know each other's habits and how we like things done around the shop floor.
