Subir Precision Industries Pvt.Ltd is located at B-002, in the EC 37 block of the Sai Prakash Sai Vatika co-operative housing society. We are part of the Ever Shine City area in Vasai. It’s a bit of an interesting location because we are right there in a residential society area, which keeps things feeling more like a neighborhood than a cold industrial zone. Our workshop is on the ground level, and we spend our days dealing with precision manufacturing. It’s a lot of small parts and careful measurements. The space is a bit tight with all the machines we have crammed in there, but we’ve figured out a way to make it all fit and flow. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a fancy front desk. If you walk in, you’ll likely see us at the benches or checking the latest batch of work. It can get a bit cluttered with materials and tools, but we know where everything is. Being in Vasai means we have to deal with the local commute and the way things move a bit slower around here compared to the main city. We aren't trying to be the biggest factory around. We just focus on getting the precision parts right and keeping our machines maintained. It’s a humble setup, but we’ve been at it for a while and it suits us just fine.
