Student Motivation And Command Llp is based out of Bhayander East. Specifically, we are at C/203 in Jayant Datta C CHS Ltd. The building is on Navghar Phatak Road, just behind Venu Nagar. This is in the 401105 area, right on the edge of Mumbai and Thane. Our office is just a regular apartment-style space in a cooperative housing society. It is a very local vibe here. We don't have a big sign or a fancy reception area. It is just us and our work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively calm compared to the middle of the city. We have been here for some time and we like the pace. It is a simple setup with just the basics. We don't feel the need to use big corporate words or pretend to be something we are not. We are just people who come to work every day. The commute can be a bit much sometimes, but we are used to it by now. The society is nice and the neighbors are friendly. We just go about our business and keep things moving. There is no grand story or mission. We are just a small outfit in Bhayander trying to do a good job. It is a practical place for a practical team. That is pretty much the whole story of our office. We are just here on Navghar Phatak Road.
