You can find us at Office Number 9 in Poonam Avenue, which is right over in Virar West. We are pretty close to Ocean Bar on Chikhaldongri Road, inside Global City. It’s a lively part of Thane to be in. SPMP Mutual Benefit Nidhi Limited is where we spend most of our days. It’s a regular office, nothing too grand. We have a few computers and a lot of files. The area around Global City is always growing, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We get a mix of people coming in. Some are just curious, others have been with us since we opened. We don't go in for all that corporate talk you hear from the big banks in Mumbai. We’re local and we like it that way. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us drinking tea or talking to a customer about their accounts. It’s a very hands-on job. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but that's just life in a busy complex. We try to make sure everyone who visits feels like they’re being listened to. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. It’s a small operation, but we take pride in doing things the right way. No fluff, just work and helping people manage their money.
