Space Matrix

Space Matrix is tucked away in the Sai Mahima Apartment over here in Thane. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city, which is nice for getting things done. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a good stretch now. The 401101 area is growing, and we’re just part of that growth. It’s not a huge operation. We mostly just focus on our designs and whatever the clients need from us. Honestly, some days are a bit of a struggle with the commute and all, but we manage. The office is essentially a few rooms where we sit with our computers. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working. We started out small and stayed that way, which suits us just fine. No corporate ladder to climb here. We just know each other’s names and what needs to happen by Friday. Thane has its own vibe, different from Mumbai, and we like it that way. It’s a bit more relaxed. We don’t spend much time on fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, we just show them what’s on the screen. It’s straightforward. We keep our overhead low and just try to stay honest about what we can handle. Life here is mostly about meeting deadlines and making sure the apartment neighbors don't get annoyed with us. It's a decent way to work.
