Snajivan Industries Pvt Ltd is located over at Square Ind Darr, specifically in Building Number 3, occupying units 3, 4, and 5. We are right near the W.E Highway in Vasai East, which makes it easy for the workers to get here but also means we hear the trucks rumbling by all day long. Tongar Phata is a busy spot. Our space is spread out across those three units, so there is a lot of walking back and forth between them to check on things. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when the machines have been running since six in the morning. We do various industrial processes here that involve a lot of metal and grease. It’s loud, and the floors always seem to have a bit of dust no matter how much we sweep. We started with just one unit and slowly took over the ones next door as we needed more room for the equipment. The guys working here are mostly from the surrounding blocks or commute in from the station. Meetings in glass boardrooms aren't our thing; we usually just stand around a workbench and figure out what needs to be fixed or moved. It’s practical work. Sometimes things break down and we spend the whole night getting them back up, but that’s the nature of the job. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
