Our office is over at Flat No C in Block 4, right in the Green Valley area of Upper Bhanu Nagar. It's a quiet spot, which is nice because it lets us focus on the real estate work without too much noise from the main road. We’ve been set up here for some time now. Most of the people who come by are just looking for information about properties nearby. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a standard flat where we keep our files and meet people. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if the lift is acting up, but we’re used to it. Siotia Realtors is basically just a small team of us working through the daily grind of listings and phone calls. We know Upper Bhanu Nagar pretty well since we spend most of our time here. It’s a decent neighborhood and being in Green Valley makes it easy for folks to find us once they get the block right. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the latest property details. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes things get a bit slow, other times we’re running around trying to keep up with everything. That’s just the way it goes. We’re happy staying right here in Block 4 for the foreseeable future.
