Sham Bharti Eye Clinic

Our clinic is located on the first floor of the Poonam Shrusti building. We are right in the Latif Park area, just off the Mira Bhayandar Road. Most people know the SK Stone landmark, which is very close to us. Being on the first floor is okay, though some older folks have to take their time with the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly about eyes. We have the chairs for testing vision and the charts on the walls. It’s a modest space, not like those big corporate centers you see in the malls. We get a lot of kids needing glasses and older people checking on their cataracts. Mira Road is a fast-growing place, so there’s always a lot of dust and wind, which keeps us busy with people having itchy eyes. We keep a few rows of chairs for waiting, and there’s usually some old magazines lying around. The light in the clinic is kept a bit dim sometimes because it’s better for the eye exams. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising; people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign when they are walking to the park. It’s a simple routine here. We open up in the morning, clean the lenses, and start seeing whoever is on the list for the day. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside and away from the main road traffic. Just a local eye clinic for the community. We've been here for many years now.
