Our place, RSPP POLYCOATERS PRIVATE LIMITED, is situated at Plot No. 6 in Lokmanya Nagar. We are over in Palghar West, specifically on Survey No 37/6 & 39. It's an industrial area, so it’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits what we do perfectly. We spend our days coating different parts and materials. The air usually smells a bit like chemicals and fresh paint, which is something you get used to pretty quickly. We aren't a huge outfit. It’s mostly just a few of us who have been working together for years. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; our main focus is the shop floor and making sure the polycoating is done right. If a customer comes by, they’ll probably find us in our work gear rather than suits. We don't see the point in dressing up just to get dirty five minutes later. The machinery can be loud, and the work is physically demanding, but we enjoy seeing the finished products go out the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to keep the machines running and the orders moving along smoothly every day. That's the way we've always handled things here.
